I've redeemed 10 offers across a few different variants in the past month and while it takes at least a week before they are acknowledged, I have been seeing the offers come through with the credits.

Which offers are not working for you? I personally feel if the offer doesn't come through automatically, I have no hope for a manual adjustment.
