Do you carry any kind of first aid kit when traveling? As someone who is prone to mishaps and injuries, I carry a homemade first aid kit. But I need to make it a little more compact, and it's time I went over what I carry. So I am interested in if you carry one, and if so, what is in it, and what is it in?
For us, the most important items are an epi pen (companion w/ serious allergies), Bendaryl pills, aspirin, Bendaryl ointment (for bug bites), and a triple antibiotic ointment for cuts (which you cannot purchase in some countries without a prescription). Then a few Band-Aids, a bit of moleskin for blisters, maybe a few antiseptic wipes.
