UA's procedure is very confusing to me now.

I just did a date/route change on an PNR originally booked with Travel Bank funds. The credit is issued as an ETC, not an FFC. Even though FFC was mentioned during the change process and also listed as FFC in the confirmation email.

The ETC is dated today with an expire date of 1 year from today.
