I have to say the property was a nice place to stay for one night. This is my two cents worth
Pro:
Breakfast in the morning is Hampton Inn quality but non the less was good. They had standard scrambled eggs, bacon and Sausage, a breakfast sandwich and gravy. Standard cereal and fruits. Used the Diamond credit which covered most of the cost.
You only have valet to park and other than the cost ($51.00) it is downtown LA, they were very quick to get your car.
Cons:
Front desk was a little slow at checkin. There were two desk clerks however one was handling an issue with a guest and the other checked in a group of 8 guests. There was no Honors Desk area.
I be was able to get my room upgraded to a corner room but it was still small in terms of size. The regular room was even smaller and glad didn’t have to stay for an extended stay.
Rooftop lounge was closed on Sundays so wasn’t able to give a review.
Overall the place would work for a one night stay. If staying longer, I would spend the little extra and stay at the Conrad.
