Showing up on a pre-printed menu unfortunately doesn’t mean you can actually order it.

As others have noted, there is no downside to pre-ordering. More options, and you ought to eat at the PL anyway. And nothing’s stopping you from ordering from what they have once onboard.

As for all the complaining about the food, I just wish they had better wine. And for everything else at the Polaris Lounge, the wine there is actually atrocious in comparison.
