Just did 5 nights here. Property is in the middle of an 85 million dollar reno. Half the stuff in the rooms is new and the other half is the old WA stuff. Everything in room was basically fine. They just installed a new hvac system which I found to be....slow? It wasn't a huge concern but I found it weird that I'd have issues with a brand new HvAC.
Beds seemed new and still kinda overly firm to me. I found them too hard, but that's a common complaint for me in Europe.
Breakfast was a very nice buffet. Enjoyed it each day. Staff was very nice. Rooms were not as tiny as I feared. Frankly, I think the end product here is going to be better than WA. They seem to have very high expectations for this reno and i would love to see it when they're done.
Nice, I imagine you werent stuck in an Inner Room as others above, that seems to be the biggest crap shot, do you pay 50% more in points and end up with no view whatsoever or of the car port. Someone is gonna end up with them and we didnt need a Castle View but we decided not to roll the dice and end up with an inner room but we plan to stop by and check her out anyways
