In the meantime, price dropped. P fsre now cheaper than the original latitude. So I cancel. No option to refund to wallet offered. The two options offered are refund or retain credit for future travel. I imagine the former would have refunded to the original form of payment, and this is what I should have selected. However I picked the other option, somehow imagining, wrongly I suppose, that the creditwould go to the wallet. But it did not.

When loading the corresponding booking reference, it gives an option to check if the credit can be trsnsferred to the wallet. But when trying, it says it cannot. Seems thr only option is to phone in, and ask to have it credited back. Preumbly to the oiginsl form of payment. Or use it for a booking done on the phone, which I dislike?
