Points finally appeared in AF 48 hours after the request. Unfortunately I did not realize that I could have called and put the 50K tickets on hold and by the time I actually had the AF points, that option was no longer available. Lesson learned. Today I telephoned Chase to transfer points from my husband's to my account and then transfer to AF. Those points went through instantly. Thankfully last night I called AF and put the now higher point tickets on hold for 3 days because today, they are even more points! When I spoke to the AF agent last night, she said that they expect the points transfer to happen within 24-48 hours. Thanks for the feedback and hope all your points go through ASAP.
