Also called their Chinese-language support and they didn't know, suggesting to call Delta.
Here's what SkyTeam says about extra baggage allowance of its elite members alliance-wide (and as a Delta partner, CZ follows the same rules even though it's no longer a member of SkyTeam):
SkyTeam Elite and Elite Plus members enjoy extra baggage allowance. There’s an additional 10kg for Elite members and 20kg for Elite Plus, or one additional bag where the piece concept applies.
