Boarding is direct from the lounge and they should call boarding just before general boarding and open the doors directly to the boarding gate. Note that it's just a corridor down to the gate and people will line up irrespective of status once the gate is published so if you aren't sharp out of the lounge you may have to mingle but it's never been a problem for me.
