Apologies if this is obvious, but is there a scenario where BA increases the rows for CE beyond the current row count even if ET passengers have selected seats in those rows?

For example, I am inbound from JTR in 1 week, and have selected an emergency exit row (12 on the A320), with 3 rows ahead of me (9/10/11) all selected by passengers. Is there a chance BA increases the CE cabin to include up until 12 and remove passengers with selected seats?
