Hi.
I see you posted way back in 2017 but i was directed to your comments and have exactly the same issue in 2024!
I’m BA silver and my partner is Iberia gold.
When he books us flights on his Iberia site and puts in my BA exec. number, it accepts it but when the boarding passes are loaded, I appear without the number and group 4 boarding.
When I enter the Iberia site as a guest and go to change data, it shows the number with six (!) zeros preceding it.
When I click it says the number is invalid.
I typed in the number with and without the zeros, but in both cases it was invalid.
BA. couldn’t help and neither could Iberia when my partner rang them.
Did you find a solution back in 2017?
