Importance of the anytime menu in Business Class ex-TYO to Europe

I have achieved the ability to be airline agnostic, but over many years have become enamored of ANA and JAL when I fly to/from Tokyo. Of late with the longer flight times to LHR, FRA, etc., I find myself very pleased to have several "anytime" choices that are more than just stale sandwiches, chips, nuts or similar.

Being airline agnostic however and having more time to fly due to retirement age, I will be adding a trip or two to Europe each year. Looking just at the anytime menu and in business class, I am wondering what other direct options you might recommend.

I have flown BA, LH, AY (the seat alone would keep me from them again although HEL is a gorgeous airport), OS, and LX. All have quite acceptable main meals, seats etc., but the anytime menu is not all that.

Wondering about AF, KL, or other options. I have flown KE and OZ via Korea but the whole stopover thing needs to have serious added value. Via the middle east is not an option due to personal LGBT safety issues

Am I just that spoiled with JL and NH? Any hot tips? This is in this forum because it is ex-Japan specific and uses as a point of comparison the two main Japanese carriers. If we could please keep comments limited to options for this location and in comparison to those two carriers relative to Business class anytime menus to Europe.
