If you do OLCI (online check-in) and you avoid going trough the counter, then most likely you will be fine, but if you go to the counter they will put it on the scale.
Just board when you group is called, as long is not too big, they may not pay attention, but if you start doing the line before, they may see you don't have the sticker (is a hit or miss).
