I'd be very surprised to find out that any of QR's FAs are actually Qatari. They do have quite a few pilots, both male and female.

I would also be shocked if a Qatari would work in such a low job.
My memory might fail me, but I vaguely remember chatting with a FA saying that she had been working in Qatar (residency permit) and switched job to QR. Of course, she was not Qatari.
