The sales department that handles meetings and events doesn't typically deal with individual travelers. The department that handles individual travelers (or even groups) isn't interested in buying you a gift card or doubling your points for a 30+ night stay. If you want to negotiate a 30+ night stay, just negotiate your rate accordingly.
