This is for meeting planners, and most individual hotels have ways of incentivising (i.e. bribing) the meeting organiser..

2) Their ad doesn’t specifically say individuals staying 30+ nights are excluded, just need to make a contract with the hotel. AFAIK long term stays (10+ nights) you can negotiate a set rate via a contract. The qualifying period is July 2024 to September 2025 so do 3 of those in 14 months and you’d get a bonus.
Obviously 99.9% of takers would be corporate or event planning however, I seriously doubt the hotel would be averse to an individual who wants to stay 30+ nights at their property either for the small incentive of a $100 Amazon Gift Card (though the double points might be better, and the $500 reception discount the best depending on circumstances).
I don’t know about you but my breakfast charges alone at most Hyatts are $100 per day.
