Many properties have always offered additional benefits for meeting / conference / event contracts (regardless of Hyatt status), they're just not typically posted on social media. For example, properties that are popular for weddings commonly do a "spend X amount of money and we'll give you 100k Hyatt points for your honeymoon" or "book X number of room nights and we'll upgrade the bridal room to the presidential suite".
Those are advertised on Hyatt.com though and from I’ve seen structured very differently.
This property you can find rooms around $120 (compared to around $300-$500+ per night, the only difficult thing is parking since it’s in downtown and Globs only get comped parking on award stays. Though you could make that part of your contract I suppose.
I also don’t think I’ve ever seen another Hyatt Centric offer something like this, only Hyatt Regency, Park Hyatt and possibly Andaz.
