Do you think that also applies to the people that read these threads, to regular FTers who populate these boards in order to obtain information from other insiders?
I looked in my photo library and found a Rossini's breakfast menu from Dec 2022 with the following wording for the omelette:
Fluffy Omelet
con selezione di: prosciutto, formaggio, funghi, pomodoro, cipolla, peperoni o erbe
with your choice of filling: chicken ham, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers or herbs
So I guess if you can read Italian you can have some pork based products but you can't if you only speak English, in that case you can only have "chicken ham"?
Or you could just ask because you can see the ham in the slicer or the various other types of ham at the show kitchen.
"dead horse" is not on the menu, fortunately.
Sure, it's not an all inclusive list. If you think that's problematic, you might take it up with the GM when he makes his rounds in the Living Room during cocktail hour.
