Unfortunately, it's very difficult to find business class fares that give 2-3 MQD per dollar. The best one I managed to find is JFK-RUH (3h layover)-CGK (21h in Jakarta)-RUH(2h layover)-JFK for $2947. Nov. 17 to Nov. 19
This would earn ~4780 MQD, at 1.6 MQD per dollar. Outside of business class...
YYZ-CDG (13h)-JNB (35h)-CDG (13h)-YYZ in premium economy for $1629, earning ~4580 MQD, at 2.8 MQD per dollar. This can be turned into a ~5-6 day trip for similar cost (cheaper repositioning flight). Nov. 21 to Nov. 24.
