It really is. I booked 4 different itineraries yesterday, back to back, and only realized when seeing the “blue” confirmation email instead of “black” that one of the 3 somehow missed my business profile. Had to cancel the whole reservation and rebook. Luckily within 24 hours and no price change or inventory change when I went to rebook. Frustrating to say the least!
This, and the inability to search/book multi city, is very frustrating.
