In the same way that a PE Flex is eligible for instant upgrade if R space is available ? Or does the PE Flex by virtue of its much higher cost have more access/trump Latitude bookings ? My Latitude (K fare) shows waitlisted and on the same flight the PE Flex shows upgrade available (not sure if any R space is actually available on my flight, but I suspect not).
