I emailed
[email protected]..... I received a prompt response that purported to understand the issue and said they had forwarded it on to be dealt with. Then I heard nothing further. About 10 days later I called the Gold number and received the completely incorrect email response back that I posted above. Today I sent a DM on Twitter, received a response that I would be connected with an agent and have heard nothing further in the last 7 hours.
