Hello, I was wondering if anyone who has stayed at this hotel recently could share how they were able to get to it from the Incheon airport? I have read that an express bus stops nearby the hotel, but was hoping someone could share more details on this. Where did you board bus at the airport, how did you pay for it, how did you find the hotel once you arrived at your stop, etc?

When you arrive at ICN, go to the information counter as soon as you exit customs. The very nice attendant, with solid English, will ask your hotel name (which you can show on your phone for certainty) and will then write down on a piece of paper the best bus number and stop name. When you then walk 20ft outside you will find the curb is a long series of bus stops with clearly marked numbers, designated waiting spots, and both machine and human ticket kiosks (can just hand the human the piece of paper). When the bus arrives, the driver stores your checked bag under the bus. The airport bus network is extensive so many different busses go near the big hotels. I think the one you'll end up taking was about 1 city block. Caveat: I haven't been back since COVID.
