Shanghai cancelled?
Wife and I have UC redemption flights booked LHR-PVG return in December. We also used a companion voucher...
Before we receive the email etc, is there any requirement for them to provide us a replacement flight as we have a number of other onward bookings, hotels (non refundable now) and trips arranged? Not legally relevant but my wife and I are both VS Gold
