Just some cordoned off area those not paying cannot go to - just like crew-only areas. It's not like you can see inside e.g., dining rooms, lounges, open decks, etc. that you can clearly see but can not enter.

FWIW, Ponant and Explora don't have segregated areas though large suite pax do get reserved pool side dining tables for the former.
