I have CSR card since 2018, annual spending around $40K..I flew into DEN 4 July and was surpised to find out there are ZERO Priority Pass options in DEN. I called CSR number on back of card to ask for a credit towards the annual fee, also expressing my disappointment about the loss of all restaurants on PP after July 1. I was offered nothing, but they're happy to cancel my CSR or downgrade me to CSP.
I called again yesterday, asked about "offers", was told there are none, not even some Chase points, was transferred to "Retention Dept". Again, was advised, to go ahead and cancel.
I'm disappointed with th the change in PP. Just a couple months ago, I added a person to my card (same card number) to my lounge so they could have use of PP benefits.
Anyone have a different result in this area?
