Vaires s/ Marne is very safe. There is no Accor hotel around there, so it would mean "local" hotels. If you want to stay with Accor, it means Paris near Gare de l'Est for the convenience of taking the train there to Vaires. If you have a car, you have more options (like CDG, or closer to Vaires : Novotel Collégien or Mercure Marne La Vallée Bussy St Georges).
