But! If your layover in Bahrain is longer than (I "think its either 5 or 7 hours? best google it!) you are entitled to a free city tour. which can be booked online. I flew Gulf Air in economy, LHR-BKK in January this year, I was very lucky in being bumped into business class, in the Bahrain-Bkk leg. Their business class seats are great, lovely food too.I flew Swiss air in business class last year, LHR-ZRH-BKK ..In my humble opinion Gulf air were much better in Business class than Swiss business class.

Gulf Air economy was fine. (never flown with Finn air to compare though). It was quite? busy! at Heathrow, with a big queue at the airport to check in. As I say though, the flight itself(food seat etc, ) was fine. But I was so impressed with Gulf in business class, that Im booked to fly to BKK in October in business class with them.
