I have good news! I replied to the global customer relations email that the initial email with the reference number came from and this morning I had an email stating that they had raised a bank transfer. Seems to be an issue with the system not emailing us settlement figures

I replied to the email this morning asking for an update as to why it was now showing as closed but I’ve not had a response yet. Hopefully it’ll be a positive outcome.
