So, some good news....I've finally had confirmation for the Concorde guided tour at Aerospace Bristol...and you can pay them on the day for both the entrance and the tour (so no need to work out how to pay me for securing the tour)...The tour is an additional £7 / person (very reasonable for a 45 minute tour of Concorde). We've secured the time slot of 13:15 for the tour start. Oliver (their senior guest services manager at AB confirmed this today for me after ringing up as hadn't had any response via emails, apparently some illness has hit the person that usually takes care of that for them). Either he or another volunteer will be giving us the tour.

I've asked about securing the Tikka Flame venue upstairs area for our group for the evening meal and will post about that once I've heard back, if that doesn't work out, I'll look to go back to Steak of the Art private dining room, which was also great but just be nice to use somewhere new. I have now heard back from around 12 people that the Indian was acceptable...and no PMs so if anyone does have issues with this please do let me know via PM or post so I can take that into account if the silent numbers would otherwise not join in...Steak of the Art is great, just looking to do something different to last time and it should be fine for noise levels up on the mezzanine at Tikka Flame if we have it to ourselves. I have eaten at Tikka Flame a few times now and whilst I appreciate the suggestion of another Indian venue, hoping this one will be acceptable.
