Surely once compensation is agreed BA would just pay out, or am I being very naive?!! Any idea when I will receive the promised £815.50 refund please?
If you are over 8 weeks from the initial complaint, then you should raise a complaint with CEDR over non-payment, or consider MCOL. Customer Relations are backed up with a mountain of complaints so agents are falling back on defaults such as the 28 day SLA. So either telephone or CEDR/MCOL, but there's little point in sending in webforms.
