Hi all, I received email confirmation from BA on 13th June that they would be refunding me £700 for cancelled flights and £115.50 for expenses, and this would be refunded to me within 14 working days. The refund didn't arrive so I contacted BA again, I received a reply from Global Customer relations on 4th July to say the refund could take up to 28 days. 28 days has now passed and still no refund so I contacted BA again at the weekend but no reply. Surely once compensation is agreed BA would just pay out, or am I being very naive?!! Any idea when I will receive the promised £815.50 refund please?
