Kimpton Roatan is a relatively new hotel that I'm considering booking.

If I book 4 nights, is the fee only 3 x 58,000 and the fourth night is free?
Also there are about $200 in taxes and $276 in "guest fees" for things like equipment usage and towels if I pay in cash
Are either of those waived with an award booking?

I booked a couple months ago with the same deal fourth night free (cc discount) 8 nights for 340K points. Going 8/7 to 8/15.
I booked the bungalow, based on the size of the room, and outdoor shower. Not sure if the main building rooms would be better?
Can't find much info online TripAdvisor or anywhere else with much detail on rooms.
Anyone get any upgrades here?
