How do you ask for status extension?

I haven't had much faith in BA for a while and so, inevitably, I am due to drop from Silver to Bronze at the end of July (my ''year' under the old system ended on 13 June). I have never asked for or been given an extension as I dropped down from Gold some years ago, though I did receive automatic extensions during Covid. I have two return flights booked during the rest of 2024, the second of which (First Class to Australia, because it was cheaper than other airlines) will get me back to Silver by mid-December. But it would be good to have the extra points for those flights and lounge access for Australian domestic sectors), so I wanted to ask for an extension of my Silver Status until the (new) end of March next year.

But there is no email contact address on the BA website, only a conversation with a robot (who won't understand a thing and will probably ask something like 'do you want to change your contact details?') or the silver line phone number. I am Platinum in Flying Blue, but I know they won't match that.
