We are planning a trip to Paris in May and are having difficulty finding accomodation in Paris including breakfast (as we understand hotel breakfasts can be exorbitant!) for say 200 euros per night. (the major hotels seem to be in the 300-500 euro range).

We would like to be central to the major attractions and would consider the Left Bank as well. Usually we prefer a hotel with traditional versus modern architecture/design.

Suggestions anyone?
