Being retired and unlikely to run my own business again I don’t have a dog in this fight. But this problem seems to have been running since the scheme started years ago.

I wonder whether BA should just give it up as a bad job and close the OnBusiness scheme?

Obviously find a way to give everyone compensation, vouchers, cash or Avios perhaps. Then maybe… just maybe.. they can go away and work on a scheme that actually works (or outsource it to a competent company or buy in a decent system somehow).
