Amex ~2.5% FX fee, but earns back 1% (1 avios/eur)
Revolut 0% in theory, and earns 0.1%
Santander I can pay 3eur/month and get 0% FX fee (and withdraws) and still earn 1avios/2eur; this comes out ahead if I'll be spending >600 eur.
