Yes, they are quite accommodating, but there's no mention of any option other than turkey ham on the menu, and I'm sure many guests have left with the same impression as EE.
The other thing I'll say about the omelets is they're not particularly generous with the fillings, but I think that's as much a Thai vs. US thing as any stinginess.
