You need to file a claim with SK for the delay on the flight from Oslo, but it is arrival at the final destination that counts. SK had secured you a reasonable option two days later, so I am not sure you will have a case of claiming for the 3rd hotel night. When you say SK put you up for two nights, did they give you hotel vouchers. Anyway, you should be due 4*600 Euro. I am sure that can cover a bit.
The agent had Swissport or SAS book the hotel through CMAC, including breakfast, lunch and dinner (we arrived to late for dinner first night, but had eaten at airport).
If we receive a full 4x 600 EUR, then that makes up for the trouble I think of missing 3 days of the holiday as well as cover expenses incurred.Just curious if it's a case of either/or. We were expecting to be compensated for the lower threshold since it was a short haul.
Ignoring the hotel accommodation and lunch+dinner for the extra day, we also have some expenses for taxi, food at the airport and suitable clothing for London weather (which we did not pack for) - but on the order of GBP 200 total for the four of us.
