I’m aware of this page, and as I mentioned upthread it’s great when it’s there, but it’s not always available. In addition to award tickets as you mentioned, it doesn’t work for itineraries that have been upgraded with SWUs, or have had other kinds of things happen with the ticket (Flight credits, schedule changes/rebooking, etc. can impact it too).
