We were here in April and spent a lot of time in the hotel since the weather was terrible. The breakfast and evening food in the lounge were both great. Gym was good as well. We were upgraded to a full suite, but I think I would have preferred a Junior Suite, which is what I had last time when I was by myself. As it happened, the Sunday morning German football show was being broadcast live from the hotel so I had the pleasure of watching it live (I speak German) and on TV in our room - and the next day the lobby was full with a dairy producer convention, which included a full size plastic cow in the lobby. Every day an adventure! The S-Bahn into the city is very easy and convenient, although it takes a while. If it matters, there are also many nice places to work in the lobby if you need to make calls or just get up early from jetlag and don't want to disturb your partner. The one issue we had was the lights and temperature controls in the room - lots of switches that were confusing and unnecessarily complicated. Too modern by half on that front, but a great place to stay.
