Today I was able to book 2 QSuites (MIA-DOH) for Jul 2025 using Avios. Our final destination is JRO, but no DOH-JRO leg was showing available for a 2 week period (coach or first) so I grabbed the long haul, leaving DOH-JRO to be determined. Five hours later, and I see that DOH-JRO now has availability for Avios on the QR website.

Is it possible to call QR and have them add the connection to the previously ticketed award? (The connection is only available in coach for 20K Avios). The original MIA-DOH tickets were 98.5K Avios each, if that makes a difference. Or does QR have routing rules for awards, and the connection needs a separate award?
