Similar issue happened to me 10 days ago. I tried multiple calls to Chase and to Air France, nothing resolved. Chase says that it can take up to 7 days.
For me usually it is immediate, this time took 2 days. I guess you just need to be patient and hope that the award you are looking for does not go away.
