AA, in their infinite wisdom, removed it from the page. You can request the itinerary be emailed to you, and then print that, or print the receipt if it is available.

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but I use the Print Receipt option at the bottom of the itinerary page. Prints it all in very nice format (my favorite of AA, UA, DL)
It's great when it is there, but half the time it is unavailable, if anything remotely complicated ever happened to the ticket.
