Zooming out, why does it seem like pilots always take the FA's account over the passengers'? I am not saying passengers are always right, or they are all saints; in the same lens, neither are flight attendants.
Isn't it because they don't hear the passenger's side of the story? Do captains come out of the flight deck to interview all the involved parties? I guess they could but I'm assuming they don't because they have more pressing issues at hand
