It will always be the same plane. In most cases, you will exit the jetbridge straight into the gate area, and if you sit in the front of the plane, you would even have time to visit the lounge briefly.
However, ARN T2 has one jetbridge that leads straight into baggage claim, and if your plane uses this gate (62?), you will need to clear security. If you have fast track, this should not really be an issue, though, but make sure to pick your seat in the very front on the HEL-ARN flight to make sure you have enough time.

Yes I'll be close to the front and will have fast track (should it be needed)
I've been to ARN before (but then connecting to a BA flight or just as an arrival from either BA or AY) so know my way around (well the main exits etc but not perhaps all the ins and outs of short cuts)
