Sorry to hear that. Loyalty does count....it gets you free flights, upgrades, and economy plus. If $25.00 that is in the rules is enough to make you switch carriers, I find it hypocritical for you to mention loyalty. It seems that you wern't that loyal after all...just a user of loyalty perks. (AS your location says EWR, I would expect you to fly on CO...it's the common sense carrier for you (unless your destinations you fly to aren't served convienently by them.)
