@physioprof - I don't see anywhere in the Change Flight workflow to look for refundable business class fares. Once you get to the results screen on the web interface, the "Fare Type" drop down shows refundable economy as an option, but not business. There is no "refundable filter" when doing a "change flight" that I can see on the mobile app either. I often need to change one direction or segment or routing on an existing refundable ticket and want the new ticket to remain refundable. Would greatly appreciate it if you could point me to where I can do that without calling as it would save me tons of time on calls with agents. Please DM me if I am just not seeing something obvious.
