Has anyone had any luck successfully upgrading a ticket purchased using a companion fare? My reservation shows that paid upgrade space is available and I click to upgrade and then select seats, but when I click next to go the payment screen it just keeps spinning and says loading and nothing ever happens. Wondering if anyone has gone all the way through to the end with tickets purchased using a companion fare? Thanks!
